Proteins* are supplied by several foods but mainly by the pulses, meat, offal, fish, eggs and dairy products.
You should eat meat, fish or eggs 1 to 2 times per day.
Be careful though, these foods supply saturated fats*, which increase bad blood cholesterol (LDL) and cardiovascular diseases*.
Fish are an exception as they contain unsaturated fats* that prevent these diseases, they should be eaten at least twice per week.
(* see Glossary)
Supplex offers cooked meals that are a skilful combination of pulses and cereals rich in fibers* and plant proteins*.
